HP-KM Analytics

HP-KM Analytics is a private marketing analytics dashboard. Its purpose is to give the marketing, sales and leadership teams of the Kalyanamalai business one place to measure how their advertising spend converts into enquiries, registrations and paying customers.

It is operated by Highpurple Solutions, Marigold, L&T Serene County, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and is available to authorised users only.

What HP-KM Analytics does

HP-KM Analytics automatically imports advertising data from Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with CRM leads, customer registrations, call-centre qualification records and payment receipts. It reconciles those sources against each other — matching an advertising click through to the enquiry, the follow-up call and the eventual payment — and presents the result as dashboards and reports. Its reports cover:

• Campaign and channel performance — spend, cost per lead and return by source
• The lead funnel — enquiry through registration to paying customer
• Call-centre effectiveness — connect rates, qualification and intent
• Engagement, renewals and revenue trends over time

It is an internal business tool. It is not a consumer product, offers no public sign-up, and cannot be used without an account created for you in advance.

Why we ask for your Google account

We use Google Sign-In purely to establish who you are. When you sign in, we request only three basic permissions — openid, email and profile — and Google returns your email address, your name, and confirmation that the address is verified.

We use that email address for exactly one purpose: to check it against our list of authorised users and decide whether to let you in. Your name is stored only so reports can show who is signed in. We request no access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service.

We do not sell this information, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Our use of data received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Who can sign in

Access is granted by an administrator to named individuals only. Signing in with a Google account that has not been authorised will be refused, and no account is created for you by signing in. To request access, contact aditya@highpurple.com.
