Terms of Service
These terms govern use of HP-KM Analytics at https://km.highpurple.in (the “Service”), operated by Highpurple Solutions (“Highpurple”, “we”, “us”). By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Access is by invitation
The Service is a private business tool, not a public website. We grant access to named individuals only, and may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time, with or without notice — typically when someone leaves a role or no longer needs the data.
2. Your account
You sign in with your own Google account. You must not share your account, let anyone else use your access, or attempt to reach data or areas you have not been given. Tell us promptly at aditya@highpurple.com if you believe your account has been misused.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, export, publish or pass on data from the Service except as needed for your work and permitted by the business that owns it; not to attempt to breach or test its security; not to interfere with its normal operation; and not to use it unlawfully. Information in the Service is confidential business data.
4. Ownership
The Service, its software and its design remain ours. The business data processed in it remains the property of the business it belongs to. Nothing here transfers ownership of either.
5. Availability and accuracy
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a third-party service or data source we depend on. Reports are generated from imported data and may be incomplete or delayed; you should verify figures before relying on them for a significant decision.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access immediately if you breach these terms, if your access is no longer required, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections 3, 4, 6 and 9 survive termination.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
